The fourth goal was tallied by Travis Nemeth at 15:12. Alexander Rowe added the assist.

The second period was a better period for the Express. They dominated the play about five minutes into the period and were rewarded with a pair of goals to draw within a goal, 4-3. Entering the third period, the Express continued to capitalize on their momentum. Schweickert tied the game, 4-4, 4:47 into the period. Bodami and Logar once again assisted on Schweickert’s goal.

However, momentum quickly shifted to Jersey Shore as Schaljo scored his second of the night at 5:43. Nolan provided the assist. Just after the halfway point, the Wildcats turned on the afterburners and put the game out of reach for the Express. Minnich scored at 12:20, assisted by Nemeth and Plsek. Alexander Rowe added to the Jersey Shore lead with another goal at 18:49 from Nemeth. Merely 8 seconds later, Jersey struck again with Joe Line’s goal.
